Conversion: Images
For each image or group of images the Wizard will prompt the user for the type of image. The Wizard currently classifies images as DECORATIVE, INFORMATIVE or CHART. Charts will be covered in the next section. Select the appropriate image type then select NEXT to continue.
Decorative Image:
A Decorative Image would be one that is placed in a document such as a logo or snapshot. The image does not convey any information about a process or action.
The Wizard will prompt for a SHORT DESCRIPTION for these types of images. A brief description of the image is one that would allow an "equivalent alternative" to the actual image. Enter the Short Description then select NEXT to continue.

Decorative Image with No Description:
A Decorative Image that would not use a description would be an image object with no value to the document. This may be a transparent image used as a spacer or an image that is used in conjunction with another aspect of the page, but does not convey any information. Since no description is required, when you select NEXT, the Wizard will move to the next section.

Informative Image:
An Informative Image is one that supports the context of the document and/or conveys information to the user. This may be an image that has been grouped together to form on single image or an Organizational Chart.
For an Informative Image, the Wizard prompts for not only a Short Description of the image, but a Long Description as well. The Short Description would be a brief description of what the image is representing while the LONG DESCRIPTION would include more details to the user. These details would note just what information is supposed to be understood when viewing the image.
