Output Options in Word
A new feature with Version 2.2 of the Wizard is the single file output for Word documents. On the Pick Output Options screen for the new version, you will only see the TEXT MOSTLY option and it will be inactive ("grayed out") as this is the only option available.
The default filename for the main page is "index.html". If another filename is desired, enter it in the DEFAULT FILE NAME space. Filenames that are generally recognized are index.html, index.htm, index.php, home.html, and default.htm.
The default output language is English. If another language is desired, select the dropdown menu in the OUTPUT LANGUAGE space. Select the new language for the output of the presentation.

Output Options in PowerPoint
Output Formats
The Wizard will output the presentation in five different formats. To select an Output Format, select the checkbox next to the format. Although all are optional, either Text Only or Text Mostly must be checked. The Output Formats are:
- Text only: This is a text view with a menu bar and no other graphic styling or images.
- Text mostly: This view has some css styling and images original to the file.
- Graphical: All styling, images, and formatting is left in place.
- Outline: This view only has text from your document and no navigation bar.
- Handout: Slides placed next to an empty box for users to take notes in.
Graphical Formats
When GRAPHICAL is selected in the Output Formats, the options for GRAPHICAL FORMATS is activated. Select the size of the graphic output for the presentation.
Default Graphics
When a GRAPHICAL FORMAT is selected, the options for DEFAULT GRAPHICS is activated. If only one Graphical Format is selected, the Default Graphics will match the size automatically. If more than one selection is made in the Graphical Format, a selection by the user must be made in the Default Graphics.
Options
The Accessibility Wizard allows for the incorporation of notes that have been made in the PowerPoint presentation. Select the box for the notes that should be included in the converted presentation.
Additional Export Options:

The Accessibility Wizard allows a selection for the color scheme of the output page. The default is a blue and white template. If another template is desired, select the dropdown menu in the COLOR SCHEME space. Select the new template for the output presentation. After completing the Output Options selections, select NEXT to continue.
Saving Options:
There are two steps to saving the results of a conversion, users must choose location of the files and the default file that will be used as an index file to the other web pages in the generated web resources
File Location
- Local disk directory: Saves set of slides to a local or networked disk drive as individual files
- ZIP file: Collects set of slides into one zip file, useful for moving files between users or computing systems
- Web DAV: Allows set of files to be stored to through a WebDAV interface. WebDAV is a standard for using HTTP protocol for delivering web pages to also move files to web server
The Accessibility Wizard can export to a disk, export to a ZIP file, or export to a WebDAV (Web-based Distributed Authoring and Versioning) directory. Select the appropriate export method for the presentation.
When selecting export to disk or ZIP file, a location must be selected for the file. Select the CHANGE button to open a directory listing. Navigate to the directory where the file should be saved and enter a name for the file. Select SAVE to continue.
For a WebDAV export, the CHANGE button will be deactivated. Enter the URL in the location space.
After completing the Export Options selections, select NEXT to begin the conversion.
