The Accessible Web Publishing Wizard for Microsoft® Office provides a simple way to create highly accessible and standards compliant web versions of Office documents that are more accessible and usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.
The HTML generated by the Wizard supports everyone from legacy browsers and slow Internet connections to the needs of blind users with screen readers. Documents created with the Wizard can be put on the web, e-mailed to colleagues, shared on intranets and read with a wide variety of web browsers.
Version 2.4 Available!!
Version 2.4 is now available for download!!! Version 2.4 Supports Vista and the .NET Framework 2.0. If you are upgrading, please follow the instructions on the download and installation page to uninstall your previous version. This version addressed various bug reports due to Microsoft updates. You will use your previous license key to unlock the program.

*NOTE* - The Wizard does not currently work with Office 2007.
Download a free fully-functioning version of the Wizard to try out! The Wizard is an add-in for MS Office. Instead of an external program, you now see a new option - Save as Accessible Webpage - under the FILE menu. You will need to have .NET 1.1 or .NET 2.0 installed on your computer in order to use the Wizard. Limitations for the demo version are:
- Powerpoint: Only converts first 5 slides
- Word: Only converts first 1200 characters
- Excel: Only converts first worksheet or chart
What Version of the Wizard am I Running??
If you are unsure of the version of the Accessible Web Publishing Wizard for Microsoft® Office you have on your system, you may check in the following ways:
Splash Screen: The first screen that appears when you run the Wizard will contain information including the version that you are running. The most current version is 2.4.
Add/Remove Programs: The Wizard is listed as Virtual508.com Office Export Wizard Addin 2.4 in the add/remove programs list. By selecting the "click here for support information" a secondary box will open which lists general information about the Wizard installed on your system, including the version number. The most current version is 2.4 .
